At EXIT we offer many materials for office staff and our Realtors. We Recently spent time at the Wilderness in the Wisconsin Dells for a training event for EXIT agents and staff. There we learned about GPS text codes where you as customers can text a code (called a vanity code) that is on a sign to 85377 and get all the info about that property. This is an awesome feature as when you drive past a home you like you can stop and have the info in seconds. Each agent has a vanity code as well so you can text 85377 and get their mobile business card. Example if you text gman to 85377 you will get our broker Glenn Mohs’s mobile business card. If you text card to 85377 you will receive our agent Nichole Guenthner. Have you heard about EXITS magazine? Text Achiever to 85377 and you will get a digital copy. Thinking of listing your home text listwithEXIT to 85377 and it will show you all the things EXIT has to offer you! We also learned how to be able to create custom flyers for your listing within our EXIT program. These flyers are specific for your home and talk about all the features your home has to offer. These are flyers we can advertise on social media, and leave in your home for potential buyers to see. Part of our training was to help us learn how to help ourselves so we can help you. This is an important part in anyone's life. We want to be able to help you to the best of our ability and if we are having a bad day that doesn't help you. As an office we learned a lot from this training and want to be able to help you!
