If you knew my parents you might have heard stories of feeding 5 kids on a working class wage in the 70's. My mother always talked about the many meals she could make with potatoes! 

In honor of my parents Jon and Juliette Guth and the immense love that not only they shared with one another but the love they showed to their family, friends, and community.
