New Year, New You!

Happy New Year! Every year everyone talks about what they want to accomplish the next year. You may hear I wanna purchase a home, make more money, pay off debt, be happy, etc. We love hearing what others are wanting to accomplish come the new year! Here at EXIT Greater Realty we do a business plan every year that consists of how we are going to help our clients. Where we see ourselves within the next year, how we are going to plan our schedules and more. Within that business plan we also talk about what we want to accomplish in our personal lives. Some of those are exactly the same ones you might be thinking of like spending more time with family, taking that dream trip, and remodeling the kitchen. Here are some of our agents and office managers' goals for 2022. 

Our office manager Aaron has goals that consist of posting on our social media pages, doing blogs, and helping our agents be able to help you. He also wants to be more active and eat healthier. Bill Wallen realtor at our Medford Office has four goals for 2022. He wants to help his clients, reduce tasks that are not as important to spend more time “being”. He also wants to listen to his wife and agree with her more. Bill also wants to be more active with a goal to lose 20 pounds in 2022. Kristie Petznick realtor at our Medford Office has many goals for 2022. She wants to work on paying off her and her husband's cars, step out of her comfort zone, and hold herself to a higher standard. She also wants to take her son to Florida so he can visit his best friend. She also wants to help more of her clients with their real estate needs, along with posting on her Facebook Page more in 2022. 

As some of our agents said their goals for 2022 EXIT Greater Realty as an office has goals to. With over 20 agents in four locations we are working to expand our office again. We currently have offices in Wausau, Medford, Marshfield, and Irma but want to expand to Eau Claire within the next year or so. We as an office help our clients navigate through their real estate process whether it is selling or buying a home! With new technology and the world changing we want to expand our training for our agents so we can help you in the best way possible in 2022 and years to come! What are some of your goals?
