Greater Realty commissions and fees are transparent!

Greater Realty offers a multitude of commission options to accommodate your specific real estate needs. The following outlines several protected commissions, all of which are negotiable between client and broker. All other commission structures not outlined below must be approved by the seller and broker via a written listing agreement.

Full Service MLS Listing 7% -  Suggested splits:

4.6% Listing Brokerage / 2.4% Buyer Agent Co-Broke

4.2% Listing Brokerage / 2.8% Buyer Agent Co-Broke

3.5% Listing Brokerage / 3.5% Buyer Agent Co-Broke

Full Service MLS Listing 6% - Suggested splits:

4.0% Listing Brokerage / 2.0% Buyer Agent Co-Broke

3.6% Listing Brokerage / 2.4% Buyer Agent Co-Broke

3.0% Listing Brokerage / 3.0% Buyer Agent Co-Broke

Full Service MLS Listing 4% - $0 Administration Fee - No Co-Broke: 

***May limit listing exposure to only include buyers represented by a buyer’s agency who are willing and able to pay the buyer’s agency fee themselves. The buyer may still ask that you pay the buyer’s agency fee as a part of the offer to purchase.

In-House Listing 4% -  $0 Administration Fee

***Listing contract in which the seller is represented by Greater Realty brokerage agents for an in-house sale without the use of external advertisement. The agents will split the commission evenly.

One-Party Listing 3% - $0 Administration Fee

***Listing contract for the exclusive right of sale to a specific buyer, through which the seller is represented by a Greater Realty agent.

FLAT FEES DISCUSSED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS
