Lana Mohs – Real Estate Broker, Educator, and Industry Leader

Lana Mohs is a dedicated real estate professional with over two decades of experience in the Wisconsin real estate market. Born and raised in Plymouth, Wisconsin, she found her passion in real estate in 2002 and has since built a thriving career helping individuals and families navigate one of the most important financial decisions of their lives—buying and selling homes.

As the Broker-Owner of Greater Realty LLC, Lana leads a dynamic team focused on providing exceptional service, innovative marketing strategies, and expert guidance in residential, commercial, and investment real estate. She co-founded the brokerage with her husband, Glenn Mohs, and together, they have expanded its reach across Central and North Wisconsin. With a keen understanding of the evolving industry, Lana is also a dedicated real estate educator, teaching Pre-License and Broker courses at the Greater Real Estate Academy, where she helps aspiring agents build successful careers.

Lana is a highly regarded leader in the real estate community, having served on the Board of Directors for the Central Wisconsin Board of Realtors and actively contributing to professional organizations such as the Wausau Area Builders Association and the Wausau Apartment Association in the past. She has earned numerous professional designations, including ABR, CRS, SFR, GRI, and e-PRO, which reflect her deep expertise and commitment to continuous learning. Her work has been recognized with prestigious awards, including the State Leadership Award from EXIT Realty Corp. International Phoenix Award from EXIT Realty Corp. International and the Woman of the Year Award from the YWCA. 

For the past several years, Lana has been an active member of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, advocating for inclusivity and representation in the housing market. As the Treasurer of the LGBTQ+ Alliance of Wisconsin, she works to promote fair housing, support LGBTQ+ homeownership, and create networking and educational opportunities for industry professionals.

Beyond real estate, Lana is an entrepreneur and advocate for agent growth and education. She is actively involved in Greater Agents, a program designed to train and support real estate professionals, and is expanding her reach through digital platforms, including YouTube and podcasting, to make real estate training more accessible.

A devoted family woman, Lana is a wife, mother of three, and grandmother of many. She balances her professional achievements with her love for camping, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. Her personal journey—from being a high school dropout and teenage mother to becoming a successful entrepreneur—serves as an inspiration to others, proving that resilience, passion, and hard work can create limitless opportunities.
